You Set My Heart Aquiver.

UPDATE:  The winners as determined by a random number generator (and including all FB entries I promise) are as follows:

1. Elainacom
2. Holly
3. The-Czarina

If you are one of those people then email me at laurenraegallagher@gmail.com for instructions on collecting your prize.  I'll let you each choose which of the three options interests you!

P.S. Hopefully a post coming tomorrow, we had some unexpected personal matters to take care of around here last week, hence the quietness.

It's Friday, Blogstalkers.

Time to drink champagne and dance on the table.   Or if you're me, drink Diet Snapple and google "how much does laser hair removal hurt? More or less than cutting yourself in the armpit whilst shaving and then wearing a shirt with seams that rub against said cut? I'm just looking for the least painful option here."

(After that childbirth stuff early this year, while still semi-drugged, I told Ryan that pain didn't have the same hold over me anymore.  Apparently, I was all, "I feel like I could get bow-and-arrowed and not even blink."  Then the doctor came in and asked what my pain level was on a scale of 1 to 10 and I guess I said "TWO" very forcefully and then turned to Ryan and was all, "See?"  He likes to remind me of this when I slam my shirt in the car door and near-faint from the almost-pain.)

But anyway, I just wanted to take a quick moment today to express my extreme gratitude to all of you.  I know this blog is a silly little thing full of ridiculous stories but it's something I'm proud of and something that keeps me happy when life is trying its best to bow-and-arrow me.

I've just started posting more regularly again after my self-imposed maternity leave and already my clicky numbers are climbing back up to where they were last year.  And that is insane to me.  I feel incredibly lucky to have found this niche.  Although in fairness, I didn't do any of the finding.  You all found me.  And rescued me a lot.  Thank You a hundred million times over.

And because my love language is the one where you give presents, I'm giving out presents today.

A comment of any sort earns you an entry.  There will be three winners.  The prizes are as follows:

1 - Three months membership to a Cheese of The Month Club.  This is like a fruit of the month club but with less fucking pineapples.

2 - A $50 Amazon Giftcard.

3 - A life size cardboard cutout of Justin Timberlake.  Or if this is not something that interests you, then another $50 Amazon Giftcard.  I think we all know what the correct choice is here though.

So that's all for now.

Comment away, superheroes.

P.S. The giveaway will run for one week.  Winners will be chosen using a random number generator Friday October 3rd.

P.P.S. Comments have hit 200+ now so to see your comment, you'll have to click "Load More" at the very bottom of the page.

P.P.P.S. I'm having some comment issues so if you can't comment, but want to enter the giveaway, just comment on my Facebook status letting me know.  (You can find my FB profile link at the top right of the blog.)

P.P.P.P.S. Here is a picture of my baby, as requested.  If you want more pictures of my baby, follow me on Instagram because that is basically the only thing I post on Instagram.  (Link again, at top right of the blog.)

  1. Yay! Happy Friday! A cheese-of-the-month sounds like a phenomenal way to whittle away the months until Christmas :)

  2. You're welcome, AND, thank you for writing all your stories here so that we can read them.

    ReplyDelete
  3. Happy 50th Beefarama! No seriously, this is a thing where I live. Tomorrow is the Parade of Beef. Maybe you should come up with something called Cheesearama.

    ReplyDelete
  4. If this cheese of the month includes pecorino I am so there. I haven't found any good ones since coming back from Italy and I miss it! (yes, even more than the pasta and vino)

  5. I'm so happy you're posting more. I've missed your shenanigans!

    ReplyDelete
  6. while you were away from your blog on your self imposed maternity leave after birthing little Miss Fiona, I would check almost daily to see if there were any updated posts from you. This may seem like a sad/stalkerish thing to do, but I truly look forward to your posts and enjoy your style of blogging. your interactions/shenanigans with Ryan make me laugh and he is truly lucky to have you.

  7. Glad you're back to posting regularly - every post puts a smile on my face!

  8. Is there anything better than a Friday? Probably, but not this week. I've been ready for today since Tuesday. I'm so glad you're back and blogging again - I missed you, but having 4, I totally understand the time and energy babies require. So for penance, you can be required to post lots and lots and lots of pictures. Sounds fair to me. (And if this shows up twice it's because I typed it then had to log into Google and it looked like my comment disappeared). Being even remotely computer savvy would help. Have a wonderful weekend!

  9. Cheese and Justin Timberlake!

    ReplyDelete
  10. I'm so glad you're back! I second ~mara's comment. Cute Fi pictures to make up for your absence!

    ReplyDelete
  11. I much prefer almost pain over real pain...

    ReplyDelete
  12. Oh, JT. Be still my heart.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Happy Friday to you and the little one ;-) More pictures please- even if the drool to face ratio is really high! (Teething is a pain, poor baby.)

    ReplyDelete
  14. I feel like I need to know more about these fucking pineapples. I enjoy a plain ole regular pineapple, but I never even knew there was a fornicating option. I feel a bit cheated.

    ReplyDelete
  15. you had me at cheese...or amazon. While I love JT, I simply have no room for a cardboard cut-out. Give me the real JT though and I will make room :-p

    ReplyDelete
  16. Welcome back! Happy to be reading regularly again! (And for the chance at cheese and JT)

    ReplyDelete
  17. Oh Lauren, how we all missed you! Plus, I feel like this is perfect timing for your return. My life is settling down more and thus I have more free time for my own baby snuggles and blogstalking.

Ps. I can't believe that little Fiona already has 4 top teeth!!! I've been living in teething land for WEEKS, and Zoey has only produced the two bottom ones.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I really missed you as well, especially since our pregnancies overlapped! Amazon please, or cheese (although if it's cheese my daughter will steal it all and she has no concept of Amazon yet so really I should be going with only that.)

    ReplyDelete
  19. I felt the same way about pain after having my baby in January -- nothing could hurt me!! Until I got strep throat and wanted to be dead.

    ReplyDelete
  20. You are just the most adorable.

I hope you are thinking about starting a vlog or podcast or some additional entertainment medium, so you can start building your sizzle reel so you can start pitching TV show producers so you can get a show and become a star and demand very elaborate cheese platters whereever you go.

    xo

    ReplyDelete
  21. cheese of the month or justin? Impossible choice

    ReplyDelete
  22. Hmm...I thought I posted, but I guess not. Anyways, I'm super glad you are posting again. We missed you!! I'm also glad you posted this giveaway today because I'm getting induced tomorrow morning with my first baby, so now my un-drugged self is able to enter. Although, maybe my drugged self would have had a funnier comment to post. Hmm...

    ReplyDelete
  23. So glad you are back - your posts always make my day a little bit brighter.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Yay! Glad you're back!

    ReplyDelete
  25. If you are going to start posting more, it means I have to start posting more. Don't be such a good influence on me, darn it.

    ReplyDelete
  26. I MISSED YOU! It's been so nice to have posts again!

    ReplyDelete
  27. Awoo-hoo! I'm so glad you're back, I feel like we should be buying you all of the Justin Timberlake cutouts, just for posting :)

    ReplyDelete
  28. Welcome back, it's hard to bring yourself back out of baby land, but I'm happy to have you back, you add some zaniness to my days every time you post. Also, every time you mention your love of cheese I am reminded of my wedding day and my maid of honor talking an awful lot about our cheese eating ways back in high school.

    ReplyDelete
  29. This is the third time I've tried to post this comment; I was kicked out the other two times, so if two other comments from me show up please delete them.

We are all really glad that you're back to blogging. You add a bit of extra light to every day just by being you.

    ReplyDelete
  30. So glad you are back. Love seeing you pop up in my facebook feed with new posts!

    ReplyDelete
  31. Hmm, I thought I posted a comment but perhaps the internet ate it. Anyhoo, my fingers are crossed for the JT cutout.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I think the interwebs is eating my comments too. Maybe my comments taste like virtual cheese? Mmmmm, cheese.....So glad to have you back to more regularly scheduled programming!

    ReplyDelete
  33. Ecstatic that you're back. All I need to see is that you typed a name in caps, and I get excited for a rant. POTATOES.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Happy Friday!! So glad your back!

    ReplyDelete
  35. My wife loves your blog and she'd love me even more if I won the cheese club membership. hahaha

    ReplyDelete
  36. I am LOVING that you're back (and if you're truly back and really playing Tapped Out, which you got me addicted to last year, thankyouverymuch, I would be more happy). :)

    ReplyDelete
  37. Definitely glad to see ya back on the interwebs. And omg wouldn't a cheese of the month club be perfectly lovely in my fridge?

    ReplyDelete
  38. Oooh Cheese of the Month club sounds awesome. I really enjoy your blog. It is a welcomed break from my long day at work. Thanks for writing it. :)

    ReplyDelete
  41. Cheese of the month. I never knew such beauty and wonder existed outside the realms of my imagination! I must research this!

    ReplyDelete
  42. You're my favorite person on the internet, and I think we all agree that's something special. Your posts rescue me in some way every time. Thank you!

    ReplyDelete
  43. I feel inadequately witty to post with all of your regular followers. I do still want to come play with you. I will happily take any fucking pineapples off your hands and I will bring cheese &/or potatoes in exchange.

    ReplyDelete
  44. So glad you are posting again, Lauren. :)

    ReplyDelete
  45. Mmmmm... Cheese!
Glad to be able to read regular posts from you again!!!

    ReplyDelete
  46. OMG I need cheese, I am lactose intolerant but love to punish my husband in any way...snicker snicker

    ReplyDelete
  47. Laser hair removal doesn't hurt so much as it irritates. Like you snapped yourself with a rubber band...1,000 times in the same place.

P.S. I didn't get the job in Chicago. :( I did get the one in Philadelphia, though, so cheesesteaks would taste extra tasty with a side of cheese club membership.

    ReplyDelete
  48. i missed you while you were gone. also, i request more adorable baby pictures. also, 50 Amazon dollars would be fantastic. you are the best.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Life size JT?! I've died and gone to heaven!

    ReplyDelete
  50. Just so happy you are back! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  51. Thanks for always brightening our days with your "silly" stories!

    ReplyDelete
  52. So excited you're posting again, and so happy you were able to take some time to give your full attention to that sweet baby. Please thank her for sharing you with us! :-)

    ReplyDelete
  53. I'm so glad that you are getting back to posting regularly. I have missed you! Also, I think that every post should have a pic of Fiona because she is the cutest thing ever!!

    ReplyDelete
  54. Cheese of the month sounds AWESOME!

and I'm so glad you're back!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  55. Ugh, trying to figure out how to comment not anon made that weird thing up there. Maybe google instead? lol

    ReplyDelete
  56. This whole post makes me happy!

    ReplyDelete
  57. Love your posts! And cheese of the month club is definitely the best "of the month" club

    ReplyDelete
  58. cheese.of.the month SQUEE!!!

    ReplyDelete
  59. Cheese of the month?? Yes please!!!

    ReplyDelete
  60. I can't stand JT, so I would definitely choose the wrong choice. But cheese of the month!!! That would be awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  61. I love cheese! Oh, and on the laser hair removal, it's totally not that bad and definitely worth it to not have to shave any more!!!

    ReplyDelete
  62. Welcome back I'm only on my second day of maternity leave and am bored our of my mind! I will be 40wks tomorrow and reading your posts helps make the baby exile more bearable so please keep posting!

    ReplyDelete
  63. Glad you're posting regularly again....and now I want cheese.

Not that I ever don't want cheese...

My name is Lynnie N. For some reason it shows my name is "unknown" lol.

    ReplyDelete
  64. I am so glad to have you back! Even when I am dealing with car problems, I can read your blog and it makes me giggle! Thank you for that! And thank you for the cheese of the month when you pick my name! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  65. Mmm...cheese. Or Amazon. I'm afraid that if I were to get the Justin Timberlake cutout, my husband would switch it for a Weeping Angel cutout in the middle of the night, and then I would never sleep again.

Also -- I love your blog. For some reason, you remind me of my best friends from college, especially the year we all shared an apartment and would stay up all night laughing hysterically until the Angry Dude downstairs started pounding on the door. Thanks for posting.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Oh my gosh, CHEESE and more regular Lauren? Not like Lauren is eating more fiber, but more like Lauren is writing more blog posts.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Crap. Can't tell if my comment posted or not.

    Happy to have you back!

    ReplyDelete
  68. I love your giveaways...and you...and Fi...and your blog!! Ok..maybe Ryan too....

    ReplyDelete
  69. So glad you're back to posting & that cheese club sounds awesome!

    ReplyDelete
  70. OM-CHEESE! The JT cutout would go great next to my Neil Patrick Harris cutout! I'm also on the prowl for a Jimmy Fallon cutout.

You crack me up Lauren! I'm so glad to have you back!!

    ReplyDelete
  71. There is nothing quite like starting my Friday with a little Lauren (shh.... don't tell my husband)

    ReplyDelete
  72. I am so glad that you have started posting regularly again. Halloween is my favorite time of the year, and I have loved the posts about replacing all of his things with Halloween themed things. You make my sad graduate school life brighter :)

    ReplyDelete
  73. Cheese of the month would be the best ever!

    ReplyDelete
  74. I'm so glad your back! also, Amazon is my love language <3

    ReplyDelete
  75. How did I NOT know there was such a thing as a cheese of the month club?

    ReplyDelete
  76. Blurgh. It seems to have eaten my comment (cheesy I guess) so if this is a duplicate, disregard.

I am registering for the $50 Amazon card. As previously discussed, I am not a cheesy person except in my actions.

Even if you don't give me anything (an on-going problem you and I seem to be having regarding these giveaways), I still adore you and am ever so happy you are posting again more often. Squishy baby pictures also greatly enjoyed. More squishy OJ pictures would also be greatly appreciated. I'm a dirty old woman, that way.

    ReplyDelete
  77. I am really glad you are posting again. I am currently working my butt off for the Oct 15th deadline while trying to brighten the office with fun Halloween things like "Dismember Me Zombie." I need more toys, so an Amazon gift card would be awesome. On the other hand, cheese is a great snack while I'm working so that would be amazing. I don't know what I'd do with a life size Justin cutout and our Great Dane might eat it. She would enjoy it, though, and she was recently told by the vet that she can't have any more cheese which made her sad.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Glad you're back! Love reading your blog :)

    ReplyDelete
  79. Empress Lauren of the Court of Brilliant Ideas shall be your new title. Not to sound greedy but I hope some other giveaways might include tentacles. Just saying...

    ReplyDelete
  80. Happy Friday! Happy to have you backm

    ReplyDelete
  81. Soooo... I think it ate my comment. That's great. It's just been that kind of Friday. :)

Anyway, I think a Cheese of the Month Club is one of the greatest Of the Month Club options ever. If I could find a Chocolate and Cheese of the Month Club, I think I might die of happiness.

    ReplyDelete
  82. I'm so glad you're back!!!

    ReplyDelete
  83. You're too sweet! We've missed you and it's nice to see you back more often.

    ReplyDelete
  84. I don't need gift cards or cheese (okay, I'd take either), just little posts now and again to remind us you're doing just fine. And an occasional baby picture for those of us who wouldn't mind being grandmothers but our kids just aren't old enough yet or willing to commit (trust me, that makes sense once you realize I have one who is 23 and one who is 13...what can I say, I liked to pace myself.) Enjoy that baby today.

    ReplyDelete
  85. I'm not sure my comment posted so I'm trying again. I feel you have just enriched my life by sharing the knowledge of the cheese of the month club. I'm glad you're writing again!

    ReplyDelete
  86. So glad you're back more often! Happy Friday to you and Fiona!

    ReplyDelete
  87. Glad you're back! Fiona is adorable by the way. Go cheese!

    ReplyDelete
  88. My comment didn't post, so here is another one. You are awesome!

    ReplyDelete
  89. Several people above seemed to have the same comment problem as I did :(
Anyway...welcome back, love your posts and THANK YOU for sharing :)

    ReplyDelete
  90. Lauren, you are spoiling us silly with two blog posts and a giveaway in a week. Next we will expect rubies. So glad you are back!

    ReplyDelete
  91. Happy Friday. :) Really glad you're posting more again.

    ReplyDelete
  92. You can't go wrong with a cheese of the month club. Or Amazon gift cards. I'm glad to see you posting again, you always make me laugh.

    ReplyDelete
  93. So glad you've returned to your blogstalkers We've missed you dearly !

    ReplyDelete
  94. I love reading your posts, silly or not!

    ReplyDelete
  95. I love your stories. And super love the cute baby pictures. And obviously JT would be a perfect addition to anyone's decor πŸ˜‚

    ReplyDelete
  96. So glad you're posting again. I read part of your last post to my husband and it made him laugh. We love to laugh!

    ReplyDelete
  97. Funny stories + baby pics + JT. Nothing better! πŸ˜‚

    ReplyDelete
  98. "1 - Three months membership to a Cheese of The Month Club. This is like a fruit of the month club but with less fucking pineapples."
OMG. Love funny that you don't see coming.
    Sarah

    ReplyDelete
  99. Who doesn't love cheese every month...or day?

    ReplyDelete
  100. I think you are wonderful. Thanks for sharing yourself!

    ReplyDelete
  101. Happy Friday! I don't work on Fridays so it usually feels like Thursday is a Friday and Friday is another Friday and it's awesome

Also I'm glad you're posting regularly again :)

    ReplyDelete
  102. Crap, I swear I already posted this, but I don't see it anywhere (so delete this one if my other one is in 'moderation land').

I <3 cheese, Amazon and JT. That is all.

    ReplyDelete
  103. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  104. Thank you for sharing your awesomeness with us!!! Really we should be giving you a gift.... any requests? P.S. Please move to CO so we can be friends in real life!!

    ReplyDelete
  105. So glad you're back to posting - and a giveaway to boot! What a happy Friday!

    ReplyDelete
  106. I do love a good cheese. But a life size Justin is cool too - except - Is Ryan making you clean out your closet? Is he saying that you have to get rid of Justin before Fiona gets confused? :)

    ReplyDelete
  107. So glad you are back!!!

    ReplyDelete
  108. Missed you terribly! Even went back and re-read the archives. Glad you're back at it.

    ReplyDelete
  109. Totally not surprised your numbers are back up! Also CHEESE!

    ReplyDelete
  110. I like you and your blog and I like cheese and gift cards, so here I am commenting!

    ReplyDelete
  111. I love reading your blog, all things cheese, and of course gift cards!!!

    ReplyDelete
  112. I wouldn't look an Amazon gift horse in the mouth, yo. I mean, I wouldn't look any horse in the mouth because it would probably bite me, but I could always use MORE BOOKS. (I picture myself as Cookie Monster... But with books. Om nom nom nom!)

    ReplyDelete
  113. Yay for continuing silly blogs! I love reading yours in a totally non-creepy fashion.

    ReplyDelete
  114. Yay so glad you're back on a more regular basis. As the self-proclaimed queen of cheese I would die to win the 3 month cheese of the month club. My sister got me that for my birthday and I have one month left but its been the greatest thing to ever happen to me. Wishing you lots of cheese!!

    ReplyDelete
  115. Definitely would recommend the laser - doesn't hurt very much, and even less if you ice down the area before they do it....when they did that, I didn't feel it at all. Bonus, once it's done, in addition to not shaving anymore, you don't get french-o'clock shadow in your pits, as the little follicles have been d-day'd into non-existance. It's like live photoshop. If I happen to win, I'd love real cheese, amazon, but alas, not the fake cheese of JT. He's more into himself than a moibus strip. (though pretty....I'll give you that one.)

    ReplyDelete
  116. So funny! Thanks for all the stories- I always look forward to reading... and if you find a less painful option for armpit laser hair removal, please share! Confession: I don't really like cheese! Can we still be friends? You can have all my cheese!

    ReplyDelete
  117. Goodness! I'm glad you're back regularly.

    ReplyDelete
  118. We are glad to have you back! I didn't think that having the laser hair removal hurt any worse than someone snapping me with a rubber band. And it was sooooo worth it. :)

    ReplyDelete
  119. "but with less fucking pineapples" = brilliant. This is why I blogstalk you. So happy you're back!

    ReplyDelete
  120. Xo! I keep reading because I love your blog. I comment on giveaway posts because I love cheese.

    ReplyDelete
  121. Wth man, I just posted a comment and it was eaten? So apologies if this somehow double posts.I promise I am not trying to cheat the system! I'm a few months behind you in the baby game (mine turns 5 months next week), so I really like following someone who has a bit more knowledge, but not enough to be all, "JUST YOU WAIT!!!" every five seconds like most of the more "experienced" moms out there. Plus you make me feel like I'm not the only weirdo out there who enjoys torturing my husband with my eccentric sense of humor. Glad you're back!

    ReplyDelete
  122. I want to be cool like you. Or your neighbor. Then you could entertain me. Or just write blog posts about me? Do I sound weird?

    ReplyDelete
  123. Your giveaways are always so fun!

    ReplyDelete
  124. Great to have you back on the blog. It's awesome that you're giving away a cheese subscription. Without you I wouldn't even know such a thing exists. Although now I wish I had come up with the idea myself.

    ReplyDelete
  125. HAHAHAHAHA!! You had me at: "This is like a fruit of the month club but with less fucking pineapples." So glad you are back!

    ReplyDelete
  126. Laser hair-removal is so not bad at all! Definitely a thousand times better than bleeding from your armpit!! Also, I love how many posts there have been this week! It's like Christmas every time I see a new one, so this week has been magical! Thank you!
P.S. I was planning my comment before I even got to the giveaway part, and I rarely comment on any blog, ever. That's how much I love your blog (and you, but that's sounds a little too creepy to say without parentheses). Mwahahaha! I swear that reading your blog brings out the crazy in me (in a good way) which is usually reserved for close friends, and definitely not the internet. :)

    ReplyDelete
  127. cheese of the month! le gasp!

Also laser hair removal isn't super pleasant, but it's more about the smell of burnt hair than any pain (think tweezing your eyebrows type pain.)

    ReplyDelete
  128. It's so great to have you back & I love your giveaways!

    ReplyDelete
  129. I can only laugh at prize three because my mother - who is crazy in love with Mr. Timberlake (as one should be) - would love that as a gift.

    ReplyDelete
  130. (If this is a duplicate I apologize)
Happy Friday! And I'm so glad you're back to posting again! :)

    ReplyDelete
  131. I love checking into your blog for a good laugh. So thanks for being back!!

    ReplyDelete
  132. (Google did a weird thing, so if this is a duplicate - sorry!) Thank YOU for writing what you do. :) You make me laugh and smile and I really appreciate that.

    ReplyDelete
  133. I enjoy your blog and this entry was so positive that I just wrote about you in my fave blogs that I can't stop visiting! Welcome back!

    Blogs I Can't Stop Reading

    ReplyDelete
  134. Noodle headed JT is better than no JT. And I think my husband would agree. Eventually.

    ReplyDelete
  135. Cheese of the month sounds like heaven. I love your blog and I have to admit that I do a little fan girl scream if you comment/like one of my Instagram pictures (which has happened more than once).

    ReplyDelete
  136. Happy Fluff Festival to you! (Marshmallow Fluff, gift of the gods, is created in my lovely state of Massachusetts & there is an entire festival devoted to it one weekend a year.)

Thank you for giving us smiles, laughter, tears, & Princess Fifi. Sharing your life is hard but you do it with much aplomb. :)

    ReplyDelete
  137. Happy to see you are writing again! Mmmm, cheese.

    ReplyDelete
  138. Cheese of the month? What a simply delightful concept! Happy to see you writing again. I often laugh out loud while reading your blog.

    ReplyDelete
  139. Love, love, love your blog!

    ReplyDelete
  140. I love that you're finally back! But where was the baby pics in the last two posts?!

    ReplyDelete
  141. So happy you're back. And cheese? Yes please!

    ReplyDelete
  142. Wow, cheese, amazon shopping, and JT? You are amazingly generous! Thank you so much for your blogs. They fill me with such joy!

    ReplyDelete
  143. I've so enjoyed your new posts. Loving Fiona's pictures.
    Glad you're back.

    ReplyDelete
  144. Thanks for putting your life out here for all of us to read about. I am always excited when you post because you are just so dang funny! Thanks for allowing us a glimpse of your life.

    ReplyDelete
  145. Super excited about you posting again!

And those prizes sound amazing! Can't go wrong with cheese or Amazon gift cards :)

    ReplyDelete
  146. Cheese!! How I love cheese. Almost as much as wine.

    ReplyDelete

  164. I would love cheese of the month because I hate fucking pineapples too! Also laser hair removal is AWESOME and it feels like a rubber band being snapped on your skin, not too hard, but hard enough. The feeling fades immediately! I would like to laser my whole body if I could afford it.

  165. Cheese of the month = the gift that keeps on giving. Loving the regular posts again.

  166. I want fruit of the month! ;)

  167. My personal pain scale runs from plucking my eyebrows to ORCS FIGHTING A VERY VIOLENT WAR IN MY UTERUS. It works out much better for me than a scale of 1 to 10.

  168. Lost you, and many other's, after Google Reader died. I went hunting for my favorites recently and found you again with a search that had the words Ryan cheese and Chicago in it, plus a couple other words that I don't remember now. Because it had been so long since "seeing" you, I then read every blog entry here. Not all at once of course! It did take me a couple weeks to do. It was awesome! :) btw, I also heart cheese! And Gone With the Wind. I read that and Scarlett both in less then 2 weeks, maybe 10, 12 days. I was obsessed! :) In any case, again, I heart cheese. Also amazon. Not so much Justin Timberlake, though I realize that is not the correct answer ;) Also, (belated!) congratulations on your little one! She is adorable. I typically do not comment much but I will always read :)

Oh! PS It seems Gone With the Wind is having a 75th Anniversary NOW. It will be in select theaters the 28th and 1st. New box sets with additional footage/info are/will also be out, and will even include a handkerchief :)

  175. I am really stoked that you're back to blogging regularly. Your recent post about torturing Ryan with Halloween decorations inspired me to go to Target and nearly purchase a life size skeleton. Not to scare Ryan with (although, imagine it: a Blogstalker Army that helps you keep Ryan on his toes) but just because it's fun to scare the neighbors.

  176. I love that you are back to blogging regularly! Your stories are hilarious and I look forward to every blog post!

  177. Love your blog! So happy to see multiple posts from you :)

  178. It just ate my comment! Bummer. it was funny, and I revealed way too much personal info.... involving my own experience with life sized cut outs of Shaun Cassidy (don't judge, just google) and Kasey Kahne.... And how I might be a bit old for oogling JT.....

ANyhoo.... good to see you writing again. Love You!

  179. So glad to have you back! I can't wait to see more of Ryan's Halloween replacements!

    ReplyDelete
  180. Still funny as ever! I can't wait until the Grand Finale at Halloween!

  181. I was reading out loud to my husband the story of you bumping and grinding against "ryan" whilst saying, "bow chicka wow wow!" I couldn't even finish reading because I was crying from laughing so hard. so looking forward to reading more hilarious stories like that.

also, if you pick me, I choose Justin. "I'm looking right at the other half of me." literally.

Since reading your blog provides me with many snorts of laughter (less fucking pineapples), just being one of your clicks is the least I can do.
